1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Solveback ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Solveback provides payback period calculation tools for energy efficiency investments such as LED lighting, solar panels, and battery storage systems. All calculations are indicative and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping, transmitting harmful code, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Solveback makes no warranty that calculations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any investment decisions made based on outputs from the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is the property of Solveback and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
